New Learnings and Accomplishments

I have gained numerous new insights that I was previously unaware of through this scavenger hunt assignment. The sense of accomplishment I feel stems from the diverse knowledge I have acquired. I have explored concepts ranging from cognitive differences to ontological humility, all of which are applicable to my business endeavors today. One of the significant learning curves for me was grasping the concept of Ontological Humility. While writing a paper posed its challenges, I recognized its essential role.

Understanding Business Management

For me, accomplishments include gaining a deeper understanding of business management beyond merely using the term. While many are familiar with the term business management, few comprehend its true meaning and history. This class has equipped me with the knowledge to become a better business owner, coworker, employer, manager, and entrepreneur.

Personal Growth

This course has facilitated my personal growth. I have developed cognitive thinking skills that I never realized I needed and have been introduced to new topics that could be beneficial in the future. The skills I have acquired from this scavenger hunt will support me throughout my academic journey at Capella.
