Particularly within the healthcare sector, where numerous management facets entail ethical considerations, robust ethical leadership is imperative (Forrestal & Cellucci, 2016).
Organizational Culture
Organizational culture significantly shapes the ethical decision-making process within companies. Emphasizing mission and values is pivotal for promoting quality care while upholding ethical standards.
