The increasing division of work expectations across generations has led to the loss of employees for various reasons based on generational differences. Additionally, there is a significant financial investment in new hires without a comprehensive understanding of retention possibilities.

  3. Propose sending out a pulse survey every quarter for one year to accumulate sufficient data for major changes, with incremental adjustments along the way.
