2. Late Delivery:
Customers have the right to claim Time Delivery Difference Compensation in case of any delay. The compensation is calculated based on the initial deadline and the time of delay. However, compensation cannot be provided in the following cases:
a) Customer Actions:
If the delay is caused by any actions by the customer, such as late payment or delayed submission of required material.
b) Customer End Issues:
If the customer receives the product late due to issues at their end, such as internet problems, browser issues, or system failure.
3. Quality Issues:
